Booking Terms & Conditions

Important Booking Notes

​

  1. Minimum One day booking in advance

  2. Minimum One day notice in advance on any changes on the appointment date/time.

  3. Booking will be rescheduled during rainy days & subject to van accessibility.

  4. Water Supply is provided, Power Supply (3-pin plug socket) is needed.

  5. For condo residents, kindly ensure there is a washing bay with a 3-pin plug socket available at your premises.

  6. Picture of the vehicle will be captured before and after the wash/detailing for record purposes & proof of work.

  7. Transportation fee: Based in Bukit Jalil - First 5km free, RM 10 for every subsequent 10 km

 

Order & Payment Notes

  1. Booking date & time may vary subject to date & time slot availability.

  2. We will contact you to confirm the date & time slot after the submission of the order.

  3. Kindly make payment upon the confirmation of the booking date & time. Insert car plate no. as a payment reference and send us the bank slip/advice upon payment.

Ceramic Coating Terms and Conditions        

Our warranty covers

 

Wash Botz warranty on ceramic coating cover car exterior paint if damage occurs from contaminations such as environmental dust, tree sap, bird droppings, environmental chemical, bug, tars. Wash Botz will assess the damage and customer need to meet our warranty guidelines.

 

Period of cover

 

Wash Botz provides 3 years warranty on the ceramic coating. In order to cover this warranty customer agree to have inspection & maintenance treatment after every 6 months. If customer failed to meet our 6 month inspection time then the warranty period will be limited to 1 year only. After one year the warranty period will be terminated.

  • The vehicles must be registered on-road use only

  • Warranty cover starts the day invoice is issued.

  • Only passenger vehicles will be covered under warranty. Commercial vehicles of any kind will be not covered.

  • In an unfortunate event such as an accident, the vehicle must need reapplication of the ceramic coating within 30 days. The reapplication fee will be passed to its owner. It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to claim that money from the insurance company. Fail to do reapplication will void the total warranty for the remaining time.

  • It is important to maintain the warranty period vehicle owner must wash their car or get washed their car on regular basis to void contamination build-up.

  • 6 months inspection & maintenance treatment required to maintain warranty which will include washing exterior and decontamination.

  • The 6-month inspection & maintenance treatment price can be found on the Wash Botz booking website. The quote will be passed on to the owner.

 

Will not cover

​

  • Vehicle washed with poor methods such as manual car wash, hand car wash, brushes or automatic wash will void the warranty.

  • Poor maintenance exterior of the vehicle will void the warranty.

  • Swirl marks, holograms, marring and scratches, stone chips, hard watermarks.

  • Damaged caused by hails, storms, accidents, natural diastases or accident damage which have been fixed with repainting the panel will not cover under warranty.

  • Failure to take 6 months inspection & maintenance wash 30 days before or after will void the warranty to 1 year.

 

Tip: remove bird droppings straight away

​

Bird droppings are renowned for the aggressive damage they do to paintwork. Although Ceramic Coating slows down the impact, bird droppings must be removed straight away with a soft & damp cloth. The damage caused by bird droppings can hardly ever be repaired and does not fall under the terms of the guarantee.
